Project-local agent setup for Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. It is not an orchestration framework; it installs native project files that each agent already knows how to use.

The core abstraction is agent.json — a single declarative config that agent-starter sync translates into .claude/settings.json, .codex/config.toml, and .cursor/mcp.json. MCP credentials interpolated at sync time, never stored as literals.
